Agnes Święcka

LEGAL ADVISOR

Agnes Święcka has her Legal Education from England and is in the process of learning Norwegian. The goal is to qualify as a lawyer in Norway with Norwegian as a working language.  In parallel with her law studies, she has already gained concrete work experience from her legal employment in England. At Svensson Nøkleby she has been employed as a legal advisor and will assist us with a number of varied work tasks, both within business support and across the firm’s various practice areas.  
 

Agnes further works with translations to and from English, and she is also fluent in Polish.

Most recently, Agnes has been part of the Construction & Development team at Blake Morgan LLP, a national law firm in England, assisting on a range of contentious and transactional legal matters such as adjudication and mediation bundles, planning issues, building contract engrossments, cladding procurement and project team appointments / sub-contracts. She further assisted with Business Group Invoicing, client relationship management, and the team’s business development initiatives.
 

Agnes has previously worked in Wills, Trusts and Succession at a Law Firm in Southampton, England and helped execute the firm’s transition to a paperless office. In additional, Agnes has many years’ experience of Property Management and resolution of Rental Disputes.
