Restructuring and Insolvency

Our lawyers are regularly appointed administrators of bankruptcy estates by the court, and they have concluded the administration of a number of large and complex estates. They also assist in ordinary restructuring processes and in more critical situations, where a turnaround is required to save the business. Furthermore, our lawyers can give advice on the handling of financial difficulties, for instance in case of bankruptcy, debt negotiations, restructuring and compulsory composition.

We also help protect creditors' interests, for instance in questions relating to collateral and legal enforcement.
