We assist housing associations and cooperatives from A to Z. We have experience and expertise in everything from the establishment of housing associations and owner section condominiums, to issues that arise in the daily operation of the housing association / condominium, and to liquidation, dissolution and division of housing associations and owner section condominiums.

 

Among other things, we help with:

  • Notes to the board / general meeting / co-owners' meeting / residents on issues related to day-to-day operations, e.g. parking, maintenance projects, rentals, extensions, alterations to the property, volunteer work, etc.
  • Formulation of articles of association and memorandum.
  • Assistance associated with the general meeting / co-owners' meeting, including the formulation of resolutions and an explanation of voting rules.
  • Assistance associated with agreements the housing association / owner section association must enter into, has entered into or wishes to terminate.
  • Dispute resolution. We assist in disputes before the court e.g. forced sales cases.
  • Assistance in case of disagreements between residents and the board. In conflicts between residents and the board, we represent the board, but are concerned with finding solutions that the parties can live with for posterity.
  • Sectioning and resection, dissolution and division of housing associations and owner section condominiums.
