Registration in the Register of Business Enterprises before the New Year?

Should you submit a notification of merger, demerger, capital reduction or liquidation to the Register of Business Enterprises? You need to be aware of the deadlines for registration before the New Year.

Notification of such decisions (Step 1) must be received by 10 October, and notification of implementation (Step 2) must be received by 5 December in order for the change to be registered by the New Year. This applies to electronic submission via Altinn. If the notification is sent on paper by post, the corresponding deadlines are 1 October and 30 November respectively.
