On Thursday, November 6, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., urban developers, contractors, politicians, and advisors will gather for Eiendomsdagen in Drammen – the year’s most important meeting place for everyone working with property, construction, and development along the corridor from Asker to Kongsberg.

Svensson Nøkleby is a proud co-organizer of the event and has been involved since its inception in 2013. Together with BDO, Eiendomssenteret, and Næringsforeningen i Drammensregionen, we host a professional and social arena that brings together more than 400 participants from near and far each year.

Drammen continues to strengthen its role as a hub for business, infrastructure, and housing development – and Eiendomsdagen is the place where stakeholders from across the industry come together to discuss exactly that progress.

Eiendomsdagen in Drammen was first held in 2013, initiated by Svensson Nøkleby, BDO, Eiendomssenteret, and Næringsforeningen in Drammensregionen.

The purpose has always been the same: to bring the industry together for a professional and social meeting place where experts from different sectors can exchange experiences, build relationships, and discuss the development of the region from Asker to Kongsberg.
