Anne Taran is a lawyer with extensive experience in the field of tax law. She has solid tax and company law expertise related to, among other things, transactions, including tax matters related to business transfers, mergers, demergers and conversions. She has worked extensively with needs analysis, where assessment of alternatives, impact assessments and implementation of processes have been central. She has also worked extensively with equity transactions.

Anne Taran has extensive experience in assessing ownership dispositions, including related party transactions, and she has extensively assisted customers with questions related to benefits in kind, the representation regulations, gifts, scholarships, prices, etc. She has also worked extensively with non-profit organizations, where tax liability assessments and structuring have been key elements.

Anne Taran is a solution-oriented consultant. She has contributed as an author of a number of articles on tax and company law topics, and she is a widely used speaker.
